IFRECInspect’s War on Unemployment
With our nation’s unemployment rate remaining at unprecedented levels, job eliminations, layoffs, reserves called for active duty, vets coming home, homemakers needing to add a second paycheck to their family’s lower incomes plus the many other work casualties caused by the current state of our economy, IFREC is doing its part with special offers for the most affected. In this endeavor, we offer alternative avenues of employment for those entering the work force for the first time and those who need to re-train in a new field due to the economic downturn or outsourcing.
Real estate sales, marketing, property management, leasing, mortgage professionals, title companies, insurance, rental locators, builders, developers, home inspectors and even furniture movers are all dependent on people’s need for housing through rental or home ownership. Today, every home for sale or under contract requires an inspection from a licensed home inspector with the proper license and credentials. Working toward a home inspector license enables you to enter a field that is a new and challenging opportunity.
IFREC is the only school offering a 120 hour hands on course, live classroom instruction, actual field inspections and one year free membership in a nationally recognized home inspection organization.
Important Information for Home Inspector Candidates:
Effective July 1, 2011, the State of Florida will begin enforcing the Home Inspector law passed in 2010 requiring all home inspectors to be state certified. Home inspectors who continue to operate without state certification may be subject to hefty fines of $1000 or more. Realtors may incur civil liability for using non-certified home inspectors. An occupational license alone is no longer sufficient.
