ABC’s of New Home Construction: Concept to Completion
The New Home Construction course is a classroom overview of new home construction from dirt to roof, starting with site selection and going through final inspection and certificate of occupancy. Business and marketing profiles are also covered in this course.
Course approved for 14 hours of Home Inspector license continuing education
Class includes:
- Building Systems - 5 hours
- Inspection Methods - 3 hours
- Reporting - 3 hours
- Professional Practice - 3 hours
The ABC's of New Home Construction course may be approved for Continuing Education credit for members of the following Home Inspection Organizations listed below:
- American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI)
- National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI)
- National Association of Home Inspectors (NAHI)
